ArcaPillow holds its shape to deliver proper support, so it may feel different from a soft, traditional pillow during the first couple of nights. Most sleepers settle in quickly as their neck relaxes into the contoured design. Give it a few nights on your usual mattress and preferred sleeping position before deciding.

Absolutely. The dual-height contour adapts to both positions — rest on the lower curve when lying on your back for stable neck support, and the raised side contours when you roll onto your side to keep your head from tilting. It stays supportive no matter how much you move overnight.

Yes. The ergonomic contour fills the gap between your neck and the mattress when you lie on your side, encouraging a more neutral head-and-spine position. The result is less twisting, less pressure on your shoulders, and steady support all night long.
